FIFA World Cup 2026 - Jun 11 - July 19.

Hello chat, bringing to you boys and girls more future bets to be placed today, the last day before the Fifa World Cup 2026.

Giving you guys the Group to be the most productive one, with more goals scored, at +900 odds - Group K:

Portugal is one of my personal favorites to go very far in the competition. They currently have a total number of goals scored at 10.5, with odds of -137 (I’m going to take that in a lay), in a group where I can see them hitting half of that number for the whole competition, especially in one game against the very weak national team of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which I don't see contributing to the productivity of the group, particularly speaking—maybe scoring one against Uzbekistan.

Colombia hasn't played a lot of friendly games or games overall in 2026. Some teams, like Mexico, have played 8 games this year in preparation, but Colombia is a very physically gifted team with international experience, featuring players in the Portuguese league, Bundesliga, and Premier League. James Rodriguez, who has a special boost playing for his national team, is the star of the squad. He plays for the UCL finalist and Bundesliga champion, which is 20 points ahead of second place. Additionally, Luis Diaz, a former Liverpool player, is one of the best wingers in the world at this point. Colombia qualified in third place in South America, scoring 28 goals in 18 games. I also see them pounding the Congo national team easily, making for a game with a lot of goals against the Uzbek team. I also love their team total in the competition being at 6.5, and it’s a bet I’m going to place.

Uzbekistan, which has former Ballon d'Or winner and Italian center-back Fabio Cannavaro as their head coach, arrives trying to fight for that best third-place spot. They will likely struggle against a very strong Colombian team, but I can see them having their way with the Congo team in the last match of the group, trying to add to their goal differential in hopes of securing a spot in the eliminatory phase.

The biggest competition I think this group faces (they have the fourth-best odds to be the most productive group) is Group I - France, Norway, Senegal, and Iraq. Depending on the motivation and resilience that Senegal and Iraq can enforce against teams with Mbappé, Olise, and Dembélé—Haaland, Ødegaard, and Nusa—I don't believe Senegal and Iraq will contribute much, either taking beatings or scoring many themselves, having team totals of 2.5 and 5.5 for the whole competition, both at positive odds, especially Iraq at +190.

Still on this market of goals scored—or lack thereof—I’m taking Curaçao to be the least productive team in the competition. The team total currently stands at 1.5 goals for the whole competition at +125, one goal lower than that of the Congo national team. It’s simply too great of a value at +500 to be ignored.

Another future bet is taking Japan to be the best Asian team ranked in the World Cup at +125. As Jovan said, they are not a dark horse; they are not a surprise; they are here to finally break through the Round of 16 en route to the quarter-finals. Don’t be surprised if they win the group at +500 against a very poorly trained Netherlands and a team with much less quality in coaching and depth, the Swedish National Team.

Japanese players are gaining more respect in the top European leagues, not just being hardworking squad players, but becoming clutch, respected players. Given enough time, Asian players will always surpass and dominate with their commitment, knowing how to play their roles, respecting structure, and giving their maximum effort. Japan has strong fundamentals, great strength in holding and enduring pressure on the field, and an understanding of when to attack, with players gaining more experience in their respective leagues and coming in great form as a national team.

My last two future bets I will be taking and recommend if they are available on PrizePicks as future squares are Cristiano Ronaldo, who is chasing his 1000th career goal. He’s not going to hit that during the World Cup, but he is in a very favorable group to leave the group stage with his current line being at 4 goals (+175), already hitting, considering that he is the best striker of this generation and one of the soccer GOATs in history. He is in a very weak group, being the penalty taker and free-kick taker for the squad, and he is very good in both situations.

The last one is Mikel Oyarzabal from the Spanish team, over 3.5 goals also at +110. Spain is the favorite to win it all. He has found himself with this new coaching staff that has brought out the best of the two Spanish schools of play—possession and verticality—to be a more decisive team, scoring more. He can play as a false 9 or as a winger on this team, having scored in 9 games between the qualifiers and friendly matches. He is a key piece in the final third of the field, being fed by amazing generational talents like Lamine Yamal (still injured but will play in the second phase of the competition), Nico Williams, Pedri, Rodrigo, and Cucurella. It’s a stellar squad, and I think it’s great value considering that if everything goes as planned, they will be at the finals, having plenty of games to score 4 times.
