Participants must:

• Provide accurate, complete information
• Maintain only one (1) account
• Not use automated systems, bots, scripts, AI, or third-party tools
• Not exploit technical vulnerabilities

The Company may, in its sole discretion: suspend or terminate accounts, reset streaks, remove leaderboard positions, withhold prizes, or permanently ban participants. No notice required.

Company decisions are final and non-appealable.

Participants attempt to build a streak of consecutive correct selections based on sporting events defined by the Company.

Bookit Sports retains sole discretion to determine:

• Eligible events
• What constitutes a correct pick
• Scoring methodology
• Tie-breaking rules
• Prize structure
• Entry deadlines
• Streak resets

All determinations are final and binding.

The Company may modify rules at any time.

Prizes, if offered, will be described on the applicable Game page.

All prizes:

• Are non-transferable
• Have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated
• May be substituted at Company discretion
• Are subject to availability

Winners are responsible for: all taxes, reporting income, and providing W-9 or required documentation.

Failure to complete documentation may result in forfeiture. Unclaimed prizes may be voided.

By participating, you consent to:

• Collection and use of your data per our Privacy Policy
• Use of your name, username, likeness, location, and streak performance for promotional purposes

No additional compensation required.

Promotional game reminders and result recaps are optional and require separate email opt-in. Participating in the Game or accepting these Terms does not subscribe you. You may unsubscribe at any time through email preferences or the link in each promotional email.

If prizes are sponsored by third parties:

• Sponsors are not responsible for administration of the Game
• Sponsors are not liable for disputes
• Sponsor trademarks remain property of respective owners

Participation does not create any endorsement relationship unless explicitly stated.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant for:

• Suspected fraud
• Multiple accounts
• Collusion
• Data manipulation
• Abuse or harassment
• Violation of platform rules

Company may pursue civil remedies for fraudulent conduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookit Sports and its officers, directors, investors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your participation
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the platform
• Your breach of applicable law

The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Acts of God
• Government action
• League cancellations
• Data provider outages
• Platform outages
• Internet disruptions

The Company may cancel or suspend the Game at any time.

Bookit Sports may, at any time and without notice:

• Modify these Terms
• Suspend the Game
• Cancel the Game
• Adjust prize structures
• Reset all streaks

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If arbitration is unenforceable, venue shall lie exclusively in Texas courts.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the Game.

The Game is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by:

• Any professional or collegiate sports league
• Any individual team
• Any athlete
• Any governing sports body
• Any official data provider (unless expressly stated in writing)

All league names, team names, athlete names, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to such names or marks is used solely for informational and descriptive purposes.

Nothing in the Game is intended to imply endorsement, partnership, or official status with any sports organization.

Participants acknowledge that: sporting event data may be sourced from third-party providers; Bookit Sports makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of third-party data; any disputes regarding official statistics are subject to the Company's final determination.
