After a couple of days of some honestly weird results, lotta ties and upsets, especially what I consider a top 5 upset in world cup history, Spain and Cape Verde ending 0-0, I think today we have a much more square day, all tho Jeff Sunday and SteaakFriend ponder that ties might be hot dudes, I think we are gonna have most of the results inside of what is expected today.

This is also probably the hardest game of the group for the French team, even tho I consider the the Norwegian team is gonna provide a great clash of a great offense against a great defense, in a matter of players quality and level of play in their respective clubs. I feel like this game is gonna be much much more decided on level of physicality, and in that matter France has much more prepared of course, but much more tired players, that played in the heighest level of competition until the last day of the European season, like PSG and Arsenal players on France.

Senegal has a great team, very experience and renowed players, their star being Sadio Mané, former Liverpool and Bayern Munich player, playing most likely his last world cup at age 34. The national team qualified with 7 wins and 3 ties along with Congo that is on Portugal group, consider by me the worst national team on the competition.

Senegal and France face one time in world cups, when Senegal defeated France to advance to quarter finals and the president at the time declared a national holiday in the country in 2002. That just to point out H2H doesnt matter much on national teams matches. Senegal is coming very well prepared having played the Africa Cup of Nations and 4 friendly matches before the world cup in 2026, losing one of those to the USA team.

Now the important thing if you are still reading this, the betting side - The square/obvious thinking surely would be both teams to score and the over, but im going with France -1 asian handicap (1 goal of advantage voids the bet, 2 or more wins, tie loses) - France has a current streak of having their games going over in 9 of their 9 last matches, but the world cup is a different animal, no team wants to start the competition not bringing it home the peace of the first 3 points and risking making the second game already a must win with a team having 4 finals appearance in the last 26 years. Its gonna be a very disputed game, 2 teams running alot, but with France prevailing in the end. If i had to predict a exact score if would say 2-0 France.

No need to give a lengthen background on this one, all tho i consider its gonna be a easy win for Norway, considering the caliber of the Nordic National team strikers, Iraq has a very resilient defensive team and I dont believe they are gonna suffer the same destiny of Curacão facing Germany and losing 7-1

On the betting side im going with Under 3 goals, also asian market (3 goals in the match, bet voids, 4 or more wins), i also lean Denmark -2.5 asian handicap if you prefer instead of the under 3 goals in the match. Both teams to score (NO) and exact score 2-0. On player props im sure Haaland to score is very popular and im not against if you can parlay that with other things, if possible.

Also not gonna extend myself here and im gonna use this last paragraph to also address my prediction on Austria and Jordan game

Argentina is the current defending World Champion, they started the last world cup being upset by Saudi Arabia - which ended up being good, cause the head coach understood that being a short competiton, he had to make quick adjustments to the starting roster (hopefully the Brazilian coach sees the same) and ended up finally giving Lionel Messi the last trophy that was missing of his cabinet.

Betting side of the match: Also taking Argentina -1 asian handicap winand both teams to score (NO) all tho if you were on Biev sweats yesterday, is a very nerve wrecking fun bet to sweat, and we are gonna have the Fake Sharps sweating this match live on the bookit sports channel on twitch, in celebration to the boys getting more then 600 subs during the show in the last week alone o/ - Also lean the under 2.5 goals

And Austria -1 asian handicap, but im only including that on the lay with the other 3 plays, due to being not so great odds and I also dont trust the Austria offense to pound Jordan like that, but i dont see this ending on a tie, all tho is the best Tie chance for those bettors today. Worst case scenario it voids.
