Need a Sunday list of Hot Dudes to break us out of the funk we’re in. We’ve got a few heavy hitters who made the cut this time.
1. Shohei Ohtani – Los Angeles Dodgers
Shohei’s first time making the Hot Dude article, and honestly, I have no idea how. The dude has only been one of the best players on the planet for years.
Ohtani homered last night against the Angels and has been absolutely mashing lately. Over his last nine games, he’s tallied 17 hits, 3 home runs, 6 RBIs, and 9 runs scored.

2. Yordan Alvarez – Houston Astros
Another heavyweight makes the list.
One of the best pure hitters in baseball is coming off a grand slam last night that officially forced me into retirement from my No Grand Slam wagers, which I had faithfully been betting since Opening Day.
Yordan has been that guy all season, but he’s especially locked in right now. During his current five-game hitting streak, he’s racked up 9 hits, 6 runs, 2 home runs, and 9 RBIs.

3. Pete Crow-Armstrong – Chicago Cubs
This section is for everyone except Rav. If you’re Rav, stop reading immediately and continue getting wine drunk at the airport bar.
PCA has been a HOT DUDE ever since his infamous altercation with the White Sox fan in the outfield. Despite some pretty hilarious defensive adventures, he’s become one of the hottest hitters in baseball.
Over his last ten games, he’s posted 18 hits, 9 runs, 5 home runs, and 9 RBIs.

4. Brandon Marsh – Philadelphia Phillies
The sneakiest Hot Dude on today’s list.
Marsh has homered in back-to-back games against my beloved Chicago White Sox and has quietly put together a strong stretch. Over his last five games, he’s collected 10 hits, 2 home runs, 2 runs scored, and 4 RBIs.
Sometimes the hottest dudes aren’t the biggest names. They’re just the guys seeing beach balls at the plate.

5. Pete Alonso – Baltimore Orioles
Big Meat Pete rounds out the list.

The power has started showing up again, and when Pete gets hot, he tends to stay hot.
