Ranking the Best College Football Games of the Weekend, Week 10
Krabs ranks the top 10 best college football games that are on this weekend.

There are people who are calling this the greatest college football slate of all time. I can neither confirm or deny this statement. What I can do is rank my top 10 college football games of the weekend for you, though.
10. Georgia @ Ole Miss

At #10 I'm going to have to go with the great rematch of the unbelievable college football playoff matchup last year. Hopefully Gunner Stockton doesn't still have that sneak concussion he's been dealing with since that Auburn loss. If he's healthy, this game is going to be cinema, because you know Trinidad Chambliss and the Rebels are going to score. Georgia can't really afford another loss... this is a big one for the Dawgs.
9. BYU @ Utah

BYU

UTAH
8-0

The Holy War always delivers, and this year, there is only one loss shared between both of these top 10 squads. BYU has won three straight games in this matchup... will they hand the Utes their first loss of the season on Saturday?
8. Merrimack @ Wake Forest
I know what you're thinking... Merrimack vs #14 ranked Wake Forest is only #8 on the list? That should tell you how great of a CFB slate this weekend really is. Maybe the people calling it the greatest slate of all time were right. I couldn't put Gio Lopez against an FCS team any higher on the list, that would be disprespectul to Fernando Mendoza and his family.
7. Louisville @ Georgia Tech

Speaking of Fernando Mendoza, I can't believe how terrible his little brother is at football. I'm sure Coach Key is regretting bringing the nepo transfer quarterback in from Indiana. Louisville has looked great the last three weeks, as they are still looking to avenge some horrid early season losses. This game has blowout written all over it, hence why it didn't crack the top 5.
6. North Carolina @ UConn

UNC

CONN

Single Bill might be back. He is 1-0 ATS since TMZ dropped the article that he's secretly been single for a year. That could have something to do with UNC's turnaround on the gridiron this year. They might only be 4-4, but they've been a fun team to watch this season and they almost just beat Miami last week. This week, they are only laying a touchdown against UConn. This line is stinky... and it smells like a UConn cover or potential upset. Either way, this game is going to be really good.
5. Florida State @ Boston College

Florida State finally did what they should've done years ago, and that's fire Mike Norvell. I love a good coaches fired system play, and I'll probably be taking the Seminoles on the spread in this one. Luckily for Boston College, Mason McKenzie is a competitor, and he won't let the Eagles get blown out at home. I have a feeling this game is going to have some fireworks that the public simply isn't expecting, hence the high opening total of 51.5.
4. Clemson @ Syracuse

After the Hokies embarrassed Dabo Sweeney and Clemson two weeks ago, they bounced back nicely with a statement win against the Seminoles last week. Their opponent this weekend is playing sneaky well right now, as Fran Brown is getting the most out of his Orange. They've covered four straight games in a row and just beat UNC and SMU as 8-point underdogs in back to back weeks. That is an impressive stretch from Syracuse. Now the question is, can they keep this up against Dabo as he continues to try and keep his job? Who knows, but I do know this game is going to rock.
3. Duke @ NC State
GAME BETTING LINES
11/7 - 12:30 PM EST

DUKE
6-2
@
NCSU
4-4

Duke has a sneaky good team again this year, but they are on upset alert against an in-state rival on Saturday. NC State is 1-0 since firing Dave Doeren, and they looked better last week than they have all season. Expect CJ Bailey's best on Saturday as he looks to take down a Duke team he has yet to beat in his three years at NC State. Don't be surprised if he finally gets it done, catching Duke sleeping after a 47-2 beatdown against Boston College. This game will have points, as the total is on the rise. Don't miss this one, mark those calendars...
2. Miami @ Notre Dame
GAME BETTING LINES
11/7 - 7:30 PM EST

MIA

The Hurricanes survived a road scare last week against Bill and the Tarheels. I don't know if they are going to survive the trip to South Bend this weekend. The Irish haven't covered in nearly a month, but they have the matchup to slice and dice this Miami defense all night. This will be a battle of the best against the best, and although Notre Dame isn't technically in the ACC, this one feels like a battle for who runs the best conference in college football. Get your popcorn ready.

James Franklin has done things in year one that nobody could do in Blacksburg since Frank Beamer hung 'em up. Anyone see the total in this game open at 57.5? That is absurdly high considering both teams are coming off low-scoring unders. If you know these teams, though, you know that both offenses have elite matchups on Friday night. Ethan Grunkemeyer should be able to find Luke Reynolds and Que'Sean Brown early and often against SMU's putrid defense, and Kevin Jennings is coming off a rare stinker. After losing outright to Syracuse, he is going to expose Brent Pry's already weak secondary. This game might have 100 points... let's just hope the Hokies find a way to end up on top.
