Look, I've been around this game for a while. Very rarely am I suprised to see something, I've pretty much seen it all at this point. Well, this morning when I checked PrizePicks to see some of the squares up for Monday Night Football, I came across a square that I've never seen before. A brand new category just dropped, and it has my full attention.
In my 28 years of life, I've never seen a combo QB interception square up on the board. They literally invented this category for this game tonight, which is insane to think about. Now, let's talk about how we're going to make money on this shit...
Josh Allen has thrown three interceptions in his last two games combined. He might be the favorite to win MVP, but he has turned the ball over a ton the last couple of games. What if I told you Matthew Stafford has actually thrown more interceptions than that? Stafford, a guaranteed future Hall of Famer, has thrown four picks in his last two games combined. He's thrown at least one INT in every game this season, sometimes two. Stafford has never been afraid to throw a football into a tight window, and he actually has thrown the most pick-six's in NFL history.
With all that being said, doesn't the "more than" on this 1.5 INT combo look like the easiest button to push on PrizePicks tonight? After talking about how many interceptions both QBs have thrown of late, the "more than" button looks extremely free... almost too free. Fade the easiest looking square on PrizePicks, and back both QBs to not throw interceptions for the first time in eons. They are more than due for a game without an INT, and we do have one to play with since the square is at 1.5, giving us a little bit of a buffer for any fluke shit.
