- Rockies ML:
The Rockies are on the brink of losing five games in a row. Here's the thing though, I don't think thag happens. Colorado is facing off against the Royals today and right hander Michael Wacha. I'm not expecting this game to be pretty, but I trust the Rockies' offense to get it done and Sugano to do enough on the bump. They're finally back home, and it's time to get a win.
- Reds/ Pirates F5 Under 3.5:
I'm rolling with the first five under in Reds/ Pirates. We have Skenes and Greene on the bump today. Both guys have the stuff to miss bats and limit hard contact. I know Hunter Greene has been looking pretty rough, but I think it clicks for him today in a duel against Skenes. I think runs are going to be tough to come by early, and that's why I'll be on this first five under. Probably going to be pretty sweaty.
PrizePicks Squares
- Nathan Eovaldi less than 5.5 Hits Allowed:
I hope I don't jinx him today, but one thing about Eovaldi is he shows up when you need him, especially against the Astros. He's the definition of a nail gun, and I trust him to get it done today. In his last three starts against the Astros combined, he's allowed just two runs. Nail gun. Do what you do best, Evo.
- Michael Wacha less than 24.5 FS:
This ties into me backing the Rockies today. Whether it's a shorter outing, getting lit up, or not getting strikeouts, there are multiple paths for this under to cash. At this number, I'm fading Wacha's ceiling. Colorado is hungry for a win, and I think they feast against this fella tonight.
- Hunter Goodman 0.5 Hits
- Corey Seager 0.5 Hits
