It's Finally Time.

Ladies and gentlemen... It's been a long time coming, but today is finally the day. For the first time this year... it is Seager Day. I know a lot of you are probably already confused and feel like I'm just being biased, but no. You think I want to back him while he's been in a slump batting .206 this year? Absolutley not. Today though? I have no choice.

I woke up at 5am this morning, locked in labbing the slate, and honestly felt like it was just time. I will be taking his more than 1.5 HRR. He's facing off against right handed pitcher Will Warren, who's been shoving so far this season. Seager has cleared this number just twice in the past 10 games, but when I saw this square up, I just knew I had to take it. 

All I've seen on Rangers Twitter is how unhappy everyone is with Seager, and honestly? I get it. People are calling for him to be traded, saying he's washed, forgetting who he is. Everyone goes through slumps and at the end of the day... That's baseball. He's an elite hitter and he will figure it out. Today, I think he remembers who he is and hits a tank in that baby Yankee stadium.
