The minute Jac Caglianone was announced as a participant in the HR Derby... I knew what I had to do. I've been a fan of this kid since he was a Florida Gator and we've seen the raw power he possesses. Tonight, everyone get to catch a glimpse of it.
Jac will have his dad, Jeff Caglianone, pitching to him and his brother catching. To me, that's automatic chemistry and with this being such a cool opportunity for Jac, I feel like he chose his dad to throw to him for a reason. Atleast I hope so. Throw some turks, pops.
On top of that, Citizens Bank Park is friendly to left-handed batters. I'm not saying he's going to win the whole thing.. but what I am saying is he's advancing to the 2nd round. Again, atleast I hope so.
I will be taking Jac Caglianone to advance to the 2nd round. For my 2 piece lineup, I will be taking Jac + Junior more than 9.5 HR's in the 1st round.
