Dawg of the Month: Lindsey Vonn

I just need to give Lindsey Vonn her flowers real quick. I'm sure you've heard by now, but Vonn tore her ACL in her left knee just days before the Winter Olympics. Instead of tapping out, she talked with her medical team, did a ton of rehab, strapped on a brace, and still went for it. I tore my ACL back in high school and remember not being able to put any pressure on my leg, so  hearing this is genuinly insane to me. She absolutley deserves to be the first ever Dawg of the Month. 

Tragically, her Olympic downhill run ended in a violent crash that lef ther with a complex tibia fracture that required surgery. Vonn later said that the ACL tear had nothing to do with the crash, and that she has zero regrets about competing anyway.

Lindsey Vonn? Dawg.
