The Brewers have won the first two games of this series against the Braves. Both games have been low-scoring, cashing both unders with ease. I’m willing to bet that the series finale plays out similarly to the first two games of this series between two first place juggernauts.

Shane Drohan has been a pleasant surprise for the Brewers this season. After an injury riddled start to his career, Drohan has locked in and eaten up a lot of innings for Milwaukee in 2026. Expect another solid outing from Drohan, who loves pitching at home, on Sunday night against the Braves.

Atlanta signed Tyler Mahle right before the trade deadline, and he’s been electric ever since. Mahle has a 1.45 ERA for his new ballclub, a statistic that cannot continue but is certainly promising. Whatever Atlanta’s pitching coaches are telling Mahle right now is working. Don’t expect that to change overnight. 

With how low-scoring this series has been, I wasn’t shocked to see the total open up at o/u 7.5 for Sunday Night Baseball. Although these starting pitchers might not excite a baseball casual to take an under, they have been overperforming of late. Don’t expect that to change tonight.
